WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

This has been set up by the Sustainable Witham Friary Group and supported by a grant from the Parish Council and the donation of the space by the Village Hall.

It will be run by volunteers (can you help??) and open twice a week for two hours each time – Tuesday 5-7pm and Saturday 9-11am to start with. This may change depending on how busy it is.

REFILL:
There will be bulk quantities household products that you can put into your own containers, of any size. Just bring your empty container, weigh it and fill it then pay per 100ml of product. All the products will be sustainable and eco-friendly but at a lower cost.
Everyone will be able to try a small sample for free – just bring a little pot and choose which product you’d like to try out.

LARDER:
You’ll also be able to buy eco-friendly toilet roll and kitchen paper.

PLUS we would love to have products from the village such as surplus vegetables, flowers, eggs, jams & chutneys etc. so if you have anything to sell, please get in touch.

PAYMENTS
Refills will be card payments, and depending on who has supplied larder products these may need cash payments.

WHO CAN USE IT?
Anyone! We’d love many people from the village to use it and anyone from the neighbouring area. Tell your friends and family!
